It’s difficult to decipher actual news from sensationalized headlines and viral tweets on the internet. This mobile game entitled Mazed & Confused drops players into the chaos of their online news feed. Like their timeline, it’s oversaturated with content, and not all of it is true or worth sharing. Players have to think critically to get through the maze. This game teaches readers how to separate the truth from the distractions. Players who make it through the maze become empowered and critical news consumers.
